Thank you so much for responding. I have ordered the Silva Method, Ultramind ESP & Remote Viewing and influencing. I have been practicing on my own. I use the Medical laboratory, but I feel I am not realing seeing in to the body and sometimes I drift off into other thoughts, although I do return. I have just started trying to use the 3 scenes technique. I've practiced these methods once a day - every other day - for approximately a month. I have no connections with
other graduates and since the seminars are not in the New Orleans or outside area, I am unable to attend.

Hi,

    Thanks for the additional information. Emphysema is usually
associated with smoking as I understand it, so if the person smokes,
get them to stop. We have a very powerful habit control technique
he/she can use. You can help by programming them to have a desire to
stop.

    If the person with the problem is willing to learn how to go to
level, that will be a huge help. As you can hear in the Silva
Centering Exercise (Long Relaxation Exercise) Mr. Silva advised that
if you have a serious medical condition, to spend 15 minutes at level
3 times a day. This will strengthen the immune mechanism so that they
body will be better able to heal itself.

    Our newest technique is the MentalVideo Technique, and it is the
best one yet. It is used to obtain information and guidance to help us
make the best decisions and to do whatever will be best for everybody
concerned. Review the MentalVideo Technique, on the UltraMind ESP
System album and also on the Remote Viewing album, and follow the
instructions. There are some good articles and examples of using it at

    The 3-Scenes Technique is a stadard way of using visualization and
imagination to reinforce whatever treatment is being used. In the firt
scene visualize the problem - recall details of what it looks like. In
the second scene picture the treatment - drugs or whatever is being
done - working and the person getting better as a result. Third scene,
picture the person in perfect health, Exaggerate it. In the future
whenever you think of the problem, recall the images in the second and
third scenes. Change your consciousness from the problem (first scene)
to the correction and especially the solution.

program for the problem to be corrected. If so, I will send you a link
where you can download a short Self-Healing program we put together,
with the Centering Exercise and 3-Scenes Technique, and instructions
